The hand-crafted interior includes a full kitchen and gas range, full bathroom, queen size bed and full couch for extra sleeping space. There is also a 50’ lap pool with stunning views of Mt. Shasta that is available for guests to use. Also you may enjoy the faint sound of the train in the distance.

The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.

The backyard is a 1/2 acre with large mature trees, providing shade in Redding's summer heat. The location is very close to the Sacramento river and other outdoor activities. The owners live in the front house and share the pool and back yard but you will have little interaction with them during your stay.
