| Mountain Trio | !VIEWS! Heated Pool & Spacious!

This is a bright, 2,400 sq ft home on the hillside with breathtaking views of Shasta, Burney, & Lassen. You watch the sunset on Mt. Shasta while floating in the HEATED pool (excluding Dec-Feb) (addnl fee to heat pool upon request). 65" TV for movie nights. A fully stocked and updated kitchen. House is close to shops and the highway (w/o the noise). Quiet Neighborhood. We have put a lot of care into the details of this home and we pride ourselves in great stays- We look forward to hosting you!

The Oak House- Complete Duplex

The Oak House is a comfortable two bedroom duplex that provides you with approximately 1000 sq. ft. of private, peaceful space. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Included are linens, towels, wifi, shampoo, hairdryer, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a washer and dryer, as well as an outside seating area. Located within minutes of the freeway and shopping and about an 8 minute drive to Bethel or the Civic Center, the Oak House is a great location and value.

Pineland Place is newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1850 square foot house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out….all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.

Mountain Breeze - Spring is Here Pet Friendly

This home is country style, quietly nestled in the pine trees. A well equipped kitchen with a dining booth. Large living room with wood stove and smart TV. Views of Mt. Shasta right out the windows. Two bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs. Master suite with bathroom and incredible views upstairs. Very cozy home with quilts and local art. Double car garage We welcome pets with a fully fenced side yard. Very quiet and private but only 3 minutes from I-5. Siskiyou County Permit#UP1906

Beautiful House with Hot Tub in Sunny Blue Lake

This two-bedroom one bath home in Sunny Blue Lake, has high ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks like wood. The bedrooms have new comfortable queen-size beds and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The living room area accommodates four people, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Clean, cozy and centrally located, “White Picket Fence” is your "home away from home". Pet friendly and NO ADDITIONAL PET FEE. Low cleaning fee. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, hospitals, Bethel Church, cultural events, fishing, boating, hunting, bike riding, hiking, Shasta Lake and Whiskeytown Lake. Do you like to snow ski or board? We are only one hour from Mt. Shasta Ski Park. We have something for everyone. Secured parking in back of house for boat or RV.
