Beautifully designed hotel and the separate room with plunge pool provided a little more privacy, albeit there is a replica cottage directly next door. I share the point made by another guest regarding the need for a paint touch up by now but that aside, this is by far the more interesting choice of hotel in the area, assuming that you are happy to be quite remote (ie no other restaurants, bars etc within walking distance). I was diving with the wonderful Diving Guru at Nilaveli so was happily occupied all days. Very best of all were the staff here- warm, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Exceptional.

Die unterkunft direkt am wunderschönen Strand ist seeehr empfehlenswert! Alle leute waren stehts äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen im hotel zählt zum besten Essen was wir in Sri Lanka gegessen haben! Wir haben uns von Minute 1 an wohl und zuhause gefühlt! Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! Unser Aufenthalt in Amanta Beach war von der ersten Sekunde an hervorragend. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen einen leckeren Willkommensdrink. Unser Zimmer war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Wir haben auch ein Moskitonetz erhalten und konnten seelenruhig schlafen. Der private Außenbereich mit einer zusätzlicher Dusche war auch super! Die Anlage an sich war wunderschön und es gibt sogar einen Ayurveda Garten, aus welchem zB essbare Garnitur genutzt wurde. Wir hatten den Strand fast für uns alleine, zwei sehr zutrauliche Hunde haben uns Gesellschaft geleistet. Das Personal war herausragend und super freundlich! Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt! Es wurde sogar eine Tour durch Trinco zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu unserer nächsten Unterkunft arrangiert. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig in mehreren Gängen, sehr frisch und äußerst lecker! Am ersten Abend haben wir uns für das tolle und fancy vier Gänge Dinner entschieden! Wir können diesen Ort von Herzen weiter empfehlen!

Und hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Man wohnt direkt am Strand, alles ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer ist angenehm klimatisiert. Amanda und der Rest der Crew sind sehr sehr lieb und total hilfsbereit, wir haben über sie einen Ausflug zum schnorcheln gebucht nach pigeon Island (Schildkröten, Haie, Oktopuss und viele bunte Fische). Auch das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden die Unterkunft auch jeden Fall empfehlen ☺️.

Great place to stay right on the beach, which was clean and quiet, a good place to escape the crowds. The rooms are spacious and luminous and very clean, with comfy beds. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were delicious. Sam and her staff were extremely kind and accomodating. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to enjoy the quietness of the beach. If you are lucky, you get to watch monkeys play in the trees right in front of the balcony.

Klein resort op rustige plek aan het strand. Heerlijk dat er een zwembad is en genoeg stoelen en ligstoelen. Ook in zee kun je heerlijk zwemmen. Er is een restaurant met keus voor een nette prijs. Wil je ergens heen dan moet je een tuktuk nemen. Enige minpuntje zijn de matrassen. We hebben op zich goed geslapen, maar de matrassen hadden een duidelijke kuil.

Quiet spot with the exception of stray dogs, unfortunately encouraged by guests to come on the property. Good beach for swimming 15 minutes by tuk. Pool was fabulous... we more or less enjoyed it by ourselves. Room service meals on the porch were ok but not excellent value for money. Room was not cleaned thoroughly after previous guests. Best feature was the pool. Expensive to get to town by tuk but the tuk driver was good. Pleasant and peaceful environment.

Stunning Sea View Room with Direct Beach Access

This property is out of this world, the view is outstanding and every room has its own unique stunning views of the ocean. The property is surrounded by trees giving it so much shade we had naps outside on the hammocks in the garden. Our kids had a wonderful time, the rooms we chose has a plunge pool and they were in and out of water the entire time. Eric the hotel manager along with the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly, we had exceptional service from them. We truly felt we were right at home. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Good place to stay, the host was very friendly and helpful, he really helped us with every little thing and we felt very well. The rooms are clean and you can use the kitchen. Recommended!
