2 story 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 full Kitchens, 2 full living rooms. Front wall upstairs is completely glass with an unobstructed beautiful view of the Columbia River with a large balcony to relax on. Half acre with grass areas for relaxing or to play! Open concept with upscale appliances. Mall and restaurants are only a mile away! Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale!

Spacious Home Amazing Golf Course & River Views

Large home on a quiet street, overlooking golf course with river and bridge views. Upstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining room, two & a half bathrooms and three bedrooms. Covered patio to watch amazing sun rises to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, with plenty of seating for the family and friends. Downstairs has two more bedrooms, living room with trundle bed & room with table for games. Lots of parking for boat /RV. Nine beds total will accommodate large family/group.

Located near the Columbia River where you can find walking paths, playgrounds, tennis courts & a boat ramp. Our home sleeps 8 w/1 king bedroom & 3 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances & french doors leading out to the covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee. This great location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping & Starbucks. This is a duplex with a large main floor home with a separate apartment on the lower level.

Red Mountain View

Fantastic country home sitting with an incredible view that overlooks the red mountain. A quiet neighborhood, centrally located, just minutes from anywhere, wineries, boating and river rafting are all within a couple of miles. This home is newer, very clean and nicely furnished, master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom also have a queen bed, Washer and dryer in home. Everything provided for a comfortable stay, with outdoor table and small BBQ.

Unique, 70s-style home with 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood near the Columbia river in North Richland! Over 3,300 square feet with beautiful backyard and on the bike path through the neighborhood and along the river. Just blocks from Hanford H.S., WSU Tri-Cities, and the Hanford Site including PNNL.
