Enjoy your morning coffee on porch before heading out for a hike around Long Pond, a swim at Echo Lake, or a walk into town for the weekly Farmer’s Market, shops and restaurants - all a mile or less away! End your day around the outdoor fire pit, roasting marshmallows or enjoying an evening cocktail.

A light and bright 1 level home surrounded by beautiful trees and a large 3 acre back yard near the “Algerine Coast” of Seal Cove on Mount Desert Island. This spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home which sleeps 8, also has a cute bunkhouse in the backyard which can sleep 4 additional guests. Gourmet kitchen has everything you need for any sized gathering. A pond runs into a small creek in the back where you can sit around the large fire pit and gaze at all of nature’s wonder and bright stars.

Come in winter to work and play, hike the snow covered mountains, ice skate and XC ski.

The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

Bas Harbor is a working harbor so there is always something to watch. Close to Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, Acadia NP. We have 5G Wifi. Your guest house is completely private with a private entrance.

Drop Anchor is a 2 bedroom spacious residential home on the “Quietside” of Mount Desert island. You will be 5 minutes from Acadia National park. Bass Harbor headlight, Ship Harbor, Wonderland, and Seawall picnic area. Bar harbor is a 20 minute drive. Nearby is Archies lobster pound, Hansen’s seaside takeout (both walkable) and by car Thurstons lobster pound. And Seafood ketch. There are many other options in the neighboring town of Southwest Harbor.

It has all the modern amenities you need for a perfect stay near Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. The cabin is ideal for 4 guests and 1 dog is permitted. For added guests - there is a fully equipped RV pad with hookups (50 amp, water, sewer) available for an additional fee. This is a shared lot with a second home occupied by the owners.
