Make sure to keep an eye though, as you're bound to see some wildlife!

A farm stay on your way to soaking up all that our county has to offer. The bunkie is located next to a restored century barn and an outdoor pool. The property is home to 5 alpacas, mini goats, chickens and our family dog. The bunkie is on a shared property with our home. It's 1 hour from Toronto, 20 minutes from Hamilton, 1-hour from Niagara-on-the-lake and 10 minutes from the historic Ancaster village. Antiquing, hiking, nature tours, golfing, wine tours, farmers markets and more close by.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful family getaway or a romantic escape, The River House has it all. A short 5-10 minutes walk takes you to beautiful Lake Erie beach, restaurants, Lighthouse and gift shops or head down the river to enjoy nature. Note: During winter/snow month , our gas fireplace is not available!

Stay in our charming and comfortable barn loft and wake up to the sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, goats and horses and our adorable Highland cows. Spend time watching or interacting with all the very friendly animals that surround the barn. You will meet all the animals as they all come up readily to anyone who visits the farm. Guests are welcome to participate in the morning feeding.
