Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

La comunicacion con el anfitrion fue bastante buena, resolvió cada uno de los inconvenientes . la ubicacion del lugar me parece perfecta . Sin duda regresaria.

Excelente estancia, el lugar concide con lo que te ofrecen, el anfitrion muy amable y siempre al pendiente de contestar de inmediato, mi familia quedo encantada con el lugar, el alojamiento muy privado y seguro, puede uno dejar su vehículo sin ninguna preocupación, tienes todo lo necesario si quieres cocinar, alojamiento amplio y muy limpio volveria nuevamente, recomiendo la alojamiento.

Great place for big families, host’s attention was awesome and always ready to help us. Had some issues either the hot water but she helped us fix it. The stove ran out of gas but she arrived within 20 minutes with new tank. Loved the stay for me and my fam!

La casa es preciosa, mucho mejor que las fotos, es una casa bastante amplia. Estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo, la casa está muy cerca de la zona céntrica de Xela a pocos minutos de Interplaza, Pradera Xela y Paseo las américas.

Dr. Cesar was a great host and his house a hidden gem. Truly peaceful and quiet, perfect to unwind and relax. The view from the master bedroom balcony at sunrise and sunset is something you can’t miss. My family and felt right at home here.

This place was the highlight of our trip. We booked it last minute and stayed for one night. It was so peaceful, the bed is very comfy, the jacuzzi is lovely, and the view is great. The morning paddle board in the morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay. We grabbed pizza and some beverages in town and just hung out here for the night! So beautiful.

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.
