Villa Agel is a spacious elegant villa set on a knoll overlooking Coral Bay offering 180 degree water/ down island views. Exceptional design, craftsmanship, landscaping, proximity to ocean set Villa Agel apart. Traditional West Indian stone walls & arches are complemented by rich mahogany woodwork. Coconut Breeze, Mesmerizing Views, Generator

3 BR, 3.5 Bath villa (2 BR/2.5 BA in Main House plus optional 1 BR/1 BA cottage) located a short drive to Coral Bay with its lively restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Spectacular views over Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands. All BRs have A/C and are private with their own bath: one upper BR with King bed, double sink bath and large shower; lower queen BR on the pool deck level with private bath and fun outdoor shower; optional 3rd Queen BR in separate guest cottage with extra fee.

Stunning Limeberry Villa, a designer's dream.

This fabulous villa is set high up in the prestigious Belmont Estate in the West End of Tortola British Virgin Islands. Like its smaller sister Limeberry House, it is a designer's dream with bright colors, Mexican tile, sun and moon sinks that wake you up even if you have been partying late at Bomba’s Shack!! The West Indian style 4 bedroom, 4 bath Villa nestles into the contours of the land, with bedrooms set in separate cottages maintaining maximum privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Gorgeous 4 bed villa with pool and amazing views

'Twin Oceans on Spyglass' is our beautiful 4 bed/4 bath villa at the West End of Tortola. Standing majestically on the hillside with beautiful views across the ocean to St John on one side and to Jost on the other. We are sure you will love this home, with its cool breezes, gorgeous pool and spacious entertaining areas. Just a few mins drive to Long Bay, Smugglers or any of the pristine deserted beaches on the North shore and just a five mins to the world renowned surf break at Apple Bay.

At Villa Catalina we offer Incredible ocean views, cool breezes, comfortable furniture, ample wifi and private pool among other amenities. Nestled in an exclusive neighborhood, this beautiful home offers comfort and total privacy. No neighbors upstairs nor downstairs. This 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms villa provides amazing views of St Croix, Rendezvous Bay, Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole. Located only 7 minutes from town and few minutes to the most amazing beaches and the St John National Park.

Villa Almondeen- Peaceful 2bedroom villa with pool

Villa Almondeen sits about 100 feet from the water’s edge in a private and secured area. It is five minutes away from the popular Cane Garden Bay Beach and 15 minutes from other close-by beaches. You can enjoy views of Jost Van Dyke and the boating activities around the “Bay.” To the left is an area called “The Pointe,” a line-fishing and snorkeling area, and to the right is the famous “Smith’s Toe (pronounced “Smittoe”), another fishing area, and home to the blue parrot fish.
