This penthouse has its own private pool in the terrace where you can fresh up in hot summer days. In the terrace you also find high quality sofa set, eating table and chairs and big Weber barbecue.

Great base for peaceful holiday, yet only 5 minutes drive down to the town centre, beach, promenade and all amenities <br>Cozy living room lead onto great terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains where you can enjoy al-fresco meals. The car is essential.

Sunshine apartment

Enjoy a stylish & beautiful new penthouse in one of the most desirable locations. Only 5 min walk to the beach. Situated in an excellent area with all amenities, Mercadona, restaurants, shops, train station, this penthouse is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury. The real jewel in the crown is the spacious 20m2 terrace, a perfect place to enjoy panoramic view. There is one double bedroom and living room with a double sofa bed, plus a modern bathroom with shower.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Lits 160 /200 Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €).
