Mandys place was just amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. Having the pool for the kids was a winner. The Steam train coming past was really good felt like the Railway Children waving all the time. Great recommendations for eating out. Thank you looking at booking again.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely little cottage in Marldon village. Friendly, helpful hosts, easily available on site but we were left to holiday in peace otherwise. Happy to provide dog essentials had we needed them. Excellent welcome basket on arrival, plus milk, water and butter in fridge and more supplies in the bathroom. Kitchen equipment was great, everything we needed was already there. Comfy beds and sofas. Tv with Netflix, prime etc. Cottage was lovely and warm for rainy October weather. The garden was pretty and had a swimming pool which would’ve been superb in the summertime. Easy parking on site and close to the excellent local pub, The Church House Inn with its own car park. The cottage was cosy but we still had room for our two greyhounds and beds. All in all, a great base to explore beautiful south Devon.

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

We had a fabulous stay at Roberts house, which boasted the most magnificent views of the bay. The house has a nostalgic feel and we were instantly transported back in time, we had every we needed during our stay and Robert was more than helpful. The location is perfectly and short walk gives you more fabulous views of the Bay. Thank you for welcoming us x

What a perfect little stay and beautiful accommodation. Perfect location and very close to beach. Central location not too far from anything. Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

Great house in a great location! Chris is a great host, very responsive and helpful. As for the house, it's very spacious, clean and well equipped. Parking was very easy, rooms were spacious and the location is super. We had a great stay with two primary aged children and four adults, lots to do in Paignton and all very short walk from the house. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Kath was a fantastic host and her place was a dream! Kath was proactive with communication from the moment we booked, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous, set on a hill overlooking Brixham but only 5 minutes walk down to town and the harbour. It is on a narrow road and parking is tricky, but Kath was clear on this from the outset and we found parking nearby no problem. Her place had everything we needed and was a good size for us and our 4 year old and 3 year old. Both of them loved the house and the town - a particular highlight was crabbing at high tide where we caught about 20 crabs (smokey bacon bait ftw)! Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again!

My partner and our 2 young daughters had a lovely stay here. It was a good base to explore the local surroundings. There is no parking outside and we had to park over the main road but the host was helpful in giving us this information before hand. The sofa bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed

This is a top location in Torquay. I grew up not far from there. The bungalow has a funky design which really works. Steve is very generous with the necessities and beyond. My kids loved the large assortment of traditional English biscuits and I was impressed by the quality of the teabags suppled, along with fresh milk upon arrival. Great stay- thanks.

We had the relaxing stay at David & Sues place, it was so comfortable and spacious. It felt like a little oasis of calm. We spent evenings sitting by the fire or cooking nice meals on the stove, we walked to the beach and had nice pub lunches and when we had questions for the host, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again and thanks so much!

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

Loved Trishs place, parked up and used the buses from just outside. Very comfortable bed and furniture with everything one would need to self cater...but the pub next door does food and there's a shop a couple of doors down. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful few days here, we were always successful at finding a parking space close by and the cottage was just as described. It is really quaint & over a few different levels, we made use of the outdoor seating area and found it had everything we needed. Stoke Gabriel is a beautiful village with a wooden children’s play area within an orchard & a very well stocked village shop. We visited Blackpool Sands, Babbacombe Cliff Railway & Totnes - there is plenty to see and do in the area. We’d love to return some day.

Das Coach House ist eine der besten Unterkünfte, in denen ich bisher übernachtet habe. Zu 100% empfehlenswert. Georgina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Alles war blitzsauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Ganz lieben Dank auch für die Aufmerksamkeiten zu unserer Ankunft. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We we chose the house as we were walking the south west coastal path and it couldn't have been better positioned. The house has been decorated and furnished to reflect the areas natural inhabitants, as well as the link to the GWR. all of which makes the place feel like a home. Jason always responded quickly to messages. Would highly recommend.

Great house in a great location. Lovely spacious bedrooms and great living space downstairs open to the garden. Very easy to get in to Brixham and lots of things to do nearby.

Julies house is in a fab location,right in the centre of the village, some interesting roads on approach thankfully we only faced a caravan once. Julie greeted us and showed us around. We really appreciated the supplies and other amenities. Its furnished nicely with with two big bedrooms. The lounge has a massive window which lets loads of light in. Bonus is the small courtyard garden ideal for our inquisitive dachshund! Totally enclosed.had the sun when out most of the day. Also the parking spot very limited on the roads I had an astra just enough space. Pub /shop/shack all very friendly a lovely spot and not commercialised. I would definitely recommend and would go back again

Everything was perfect. Very clean with plenty of room for our family of 4 Great location and we really enjoyed Rockfish fish and chips Hot Tub was really lovely Can’t wait to come back soon Thank you 😃
