Relax at this villa condo that is at the Norwich Inn and Spa. Only 1 mile from Mohegan Sun, this condo a great secret escape after a night of fun at casino. Or as a quaint and quiet spa retreat! This studio condo has an open floor plan. A NEW King-size bed and a pull out couch. Living room suite area. Fireplace and desk area. Full-size kitchen and refrigerator. Private deck, shded by trees. The Club house has shared spa amenities; including fitness, dry sauna, whirlpool, and seasonal pools.

The Vacay Villa, just minutes away from Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods and The Spa at Norwich Inn, offers so many amenities you won’t even have to leave the grounds. Private balcony, fireplace, two outdoor pools (closed for season), year-round access to luxurious hot tub and saunas, small workout room, laundry facilities, pub and upscale restaurant allow for a one-of-a-kind stay at an incredibly affordable price. Why spend hundreds to stay at the area casinos when you can stay in your own private villa?

ENTIRE LIVING SPACE: Private spacious 3 bedroom lower level. Near MacDuffie Prep School & 5 prestigious colleges. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. 14 acre. Private-golf course, pickleball, polypropylene basketball court, badminton, fishing, frisbee golf and tennis courts close by. Nature surrounds you with quiet locations to relax. 1 acre beach pond to cool off. If you are the person who likes to stay busy or relax, this is the place for you.

Come and stay at this luxury, modern one-bedroom apartment just steps away from Yale! With Broadway just around the corner and some of New Haven’s best Pizza a stone’s throw away you’d be hard-pressed to find a better location for your stay. Enjoy cooking up a nice dinner at home one night using the fully-equipped kitchen provided. Spend the evening on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset over the city skyline before tucking in for the night. Use the downstairs gym for a morning workout.

Located on the Norwich Inn and Spa property, this Villa is a true one bedroom unit with access to two clubhouses (9am-10pm) which include a sauna, gym, hot tub, and saltwater pool access (seasonal). It is also located a few miles away from both Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Resort and Casino with many amazing restaurants to chose from in the area. If you are a fan of golf, we are located right on the back 9 of the Norwich Golf course! Lake of Isles golf course is also about 15 minutes away.

Norwich Spa Villa, 2 floors Mohegan Sun 5 min away

Penthouse 2 floor villa located on the grounds of the beautiful Norwich Spa. Guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center on the property. Restaurants and juice bar located inside the Inn. Spa amenities not included with your stay, but we highly recommended visiting! Great location, just minutes away from Mohegan Sun! Gambling, great restaurants, concerts and arcades. There's something for everyone there! Also across the street from the Norwich Golf Club.
