This Airbnb is so homey. We enjoyed our stay and will rent it again.

If you are looking for a place in and around Hartford, Do Not Hesitate to book w/Joseph & Allison. The place was better than described. The place is immaculate: clean, uncluttered, and stylish. It’s large @ 900sq ft, but cozy. The surroundings are beautiful: peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, w/an awesome walk/bike trail along side the property. Jospeh & Allison are wonderful hosts who are proactive, kind, and accommodating. We were given permission to check-in an hour early w/no hesitation. Joseph built the structure that houses the rental himself: he is truly a craftsman. Allison has done a great job w/the interior. They make a wonderful team. We enjoyed the location away from the city, but in close proximity to it & other towns. It’s very accessible. Thank you both for creating this wonderful space, and we hope to rent it again soon.

What a great find! My daughter was playing against the University of Connecticut in softball this weekend, and the Graduate Hotel was very pricey. Doug and Annie’s Ecohaven was a gem. The views were spectacular, and everything was cozy and clean. We actually got rained out one day, and it was a great place to curl up and read a book and watch the rain. Doug and Annie were very responsive to any questions I had. The house was sparkling clean, and had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to stay in this fabulous location.

I recently had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this fantastic Airbnb apartment, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made the start of my trip seamless. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of cozy and stylish. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing me to cook my own meals with ease. The living area was comfortable, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows, creating a vibrant and comfortable space.

My stay was AMAZING! You can really see and feel how the host took time to make the home cozy and beautifully detailed. It was mind blowing to see how every part of the home was utilized without feeling cramped or cluttered. Definitely a great place for friends to come together. I was shocked to see how well the entire home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host provided superb comfort and convenience. Pictures do no justice for this zen home, you have to experience it in person. If you’re looking for a tranquil and beautiful place to visit; LOOK NO FURTHER!

This was a great place to stay. Jeri was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, warm, and friendly. The place was beautiful, and all the amenities made the stay very pleasant. Fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, along with chickens right outside really set this place apart. Wonderful place, wonderful stay, amazing host.

This home is warm and inviting. It had everything you would want in a peaceful and bucolic experience. It was clean and well-equipped. Even the barn area was clean and tidy! The llamas were beautifully and the house kitty was as friendly and helpful as her humans. Recommend.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Kathryn's place! Kathryn was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was very roomy and comfortable with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room area, and lots of games/puzzles/activities for entertainment. Location was great as well - private yet close to local amenities.

Had a great visit and stay at John's place! It was just a hop and a skip of a walk to the Bob's Windham IGA, where we were able to stock up on groceries and got multiple of their delicious Grinders throughout the week. The unit was very easy to find, great parking, quiet neighborhood. We felt safe, secure, and super cozy in the cold weather and snow. :) John was very responsive and friendly any time we reached out. I would definitely recommend booking with John for any future stays.

It was great experience overall but I think switching locations after booking is not ideal. Althoug, I appreciated that this was communicated and handled well.

O espaço do Sam corresponde totalmente a que é apresentado nas fotos! Precisei fazer o check in mais cedo e ele prontamente me respondeu e atendeu positivamente e também as dúvidas ele respondeu quase na mesma hora . As roupas de cama estavam super cheirosas e as toalhas de banho eram novinhas o único porém seria a cama que apesar de confortável faz barulho de molas . A sala bem espaçosa e agradável e o lugar do apartamento bem tranquilo e com bons lugares para fazer refeições. Tem um estacionamento enorme atrás do apartamento para deixar seu carro. No geral amei ficar por lá e voltaria novamente. Obrigada

Place is nice and clean. Has a good kitchen. Close to restaurants and stores. Good place to spend the night.

If every Airbnb experience could be as seamless as Johns property, I’d never book with a hotel again. The apartment was clean and spacious and exactly like the photos. The instructions to check in were sent in advance and very clear and thorough. Would absolutely book another property from this host.

Wonderful place to stay in Amherst! Niels' suite was perfect for our group of 3. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the two en-suite bathrooms were well-equipped with toiletries, towels, and everything you'd need. The suite had gorgeous views of the surrounding area; although we encountered unusually cold temps and some rain, it would have been lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy that view! But we were quite cozy inside :) Highly recommend if you are in the area - Niels' place is welcoming and very well designed for guests.

Lovely and well maintained condo and entire complex. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, walkable along entire Old Pond Lane. You can enjoy the sunny afternoon at the gazebo or listen to the chorus of frogs in the dusk. Clubhouse 2 is suitable for remote work. It offers a 5G Wi-Fi. There is a gym, jacuzzi and sauna at the Clubhouse 2. Outdoor swimming pools do not operate in the winter. Laundry room has four washers and dryers at the Clubhouse 2 and one set near the condo at Clubhouse 1. Sherri was very responsive when the problem arose. It got fixed right away. We enjoyed the stay and will be renting again in the future if we are in the area.

Everything was amazing! Property owner was friendly and welcoming! Hoping to plan another trip to this spot it was truly an amazing weekend! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, cozy and the airbnb is well stocked with items! If we are back in this area, we would definitely stay again.

This is our 4th time staying with Sandra and it still is perfect! Very homey, fully equipped with all your needs plus some, easy parking, check and check out, comfy beds, this list goes on.. and Sandra is the best host ever!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. Jim was an amazing Air BnB host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was always responsive prior and during our trip. Located right off I-95, it’s easily accessible . 20 minutes from Mohegun Sun. The space is pristine. We were welcomed with a custom magnet on the refrigerator. Kitchen had plenty of quality utensils to make meals. In addition there were fresh local coffee beans (with grinder), plenty of choices for tea (with electric kettle) and several sugar/sugar substitutes available. The bathroom shower was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In addition there were a few toiletries available in the medicine cabinet in case you forgot to pack something. We didn’t use the jacuzzi however, the sauna was amazing. Jim even had robes to utilize and disposable slippers to walk around the space. If you are looking to stay in this area I highly recommend booking here. Clean, quiet and accessible to trails and casinos.
