Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Un énorme merci à Maria pour son chaleureux accueil. Nous avons réservé le logement la veille pour le lendemain et nous sommes arrivés dans cette petite maisonnette pleine de charme, impeccablement propre, confortable, disposant d’une place de parking privée. Elle nous a également fourni de précieux conseils pour se rendre dans le centre de Rome facilement et sans prise de tête. Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour la conseiller à nos proches mais aussi pour y revenir ! Merci encore Maria

Appartamento moderno, funzionale, con una bella terrazza. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, dal quale si raggiunge facilmente il mare a piedi (5’). Si può arrivare a Santo Stefano camminando 20 minuti a piedi su una strada ombreggiata e pedonale. Casetta consigliatissima se siete a la ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla con un mare cristallino.

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Esperienza impeccabile, appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato. Bellissima la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godere di uno splendido tramonto. Emanuele poi si è dimostrato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile (per dirme una: ci ha anche aiutati a trasportare la spesa dal parcheggio fino all'appartamento, è stato come incontrare un amico di sempre). Consigliatissimo, speriamo si rivederci presto in futuro

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt, die Unterkunft von Micaela ist einfach perfekt ! Sehr nah am Meer, Privat und ruhig. Torvaianica ist schön mit vielen heimischen Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten verbunden. Rom besuchen, auf jeden Fall! Micaela ist ein Engel und man sollte sich glücklich schätzen sie kennenlernen. Sie gibt sehr gute Ratschläge und kennt sich sehr gut aus. Jede frage würde sehr schnell beantwortet und sie ist sehr nett und freundlich. EGAL welche Uhrzeit. Sie war uns eine sehr große Hilfe. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien kommen dann sicher bei Micaela!
