The apartment is in a newly renovated building (dated at the XVI century, but with older foundations) in the heart of the Jewish quarter. We believe that AirBnB offers us a way to also contribute with the community, and that's why we bought a dilapidated building three years ago. Now it is a magnificent house, with more than five hundred years of history. We have put all our passion into it. In it you will find that practically all the elements of the house are original, from the wooden coffered ceilings, to the imposing walls of brick and stone, the floors of hydraulic cement... but without forgetting that the house has to offer you all the possible comforts . We have been managing another apartment for a lot of years and we know what a traveler needs. We hope you find it here. The access by car is very easy because you will access to the old town using the main street of the Jewish Quarter. There is usually a long-term stay parking places in the surroundings and there is a car park about 400 meters away. The bus line 2 will leave you 100 meters from the house if you come by public transport. Both rooms of the house have a suitable space and cabinets for you to leave the clothes. In them you will find bedding, blankets and sets of towels for the bathroom. If you need it (under reservation) we can offer you free of charge both a travel cot and a highchair for your children. The living room is very luninous and comfortable. The sofa (Chaise Longue type) can be opened and becomes a double bed. The kitchen is within into the living room. It is fully equipped. It hasa ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower with glass screen and has a hairdryer and first aid kit. The house is located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, one of the most important in Europe. When you leave the house you will find the synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, and less than two minutes away on foot, such as the church of San Juan de los Reyes, Santo Tomé, the Transito Synagogue, the Casa del Greco or the Puerta del Cambrón (among others). The cathedral is 500 meters away. We can help you prepare your visit, arranging guided tours (some of them free) or informing you of the cultural and leisure activities on the dates of your visit. In addition, in the house, you will have maps and a lot of literature about the city, its history, legends and monuments.

¡Hola! Soy Silvia, la anfitriona. Mi prioridad es recibiros y que os sintáis como en casa. Así que no dudéis en consultarme todo lo que deseéis saber y estaré encantada de ayudaros en lo que necesitéis. El alojamiento es muy acogedor, totalmente nuevo y todo a estreno. Además tenéis una bonita terraza independiente para poder desayunar o estar al aire libre con la familia. El parque Warner se encuentra sólo a 5 km. El centro de Madrid a 30 minutos, Aranjuez 25 , Chinchón 20 y Toledo a 1 hora.

Mirador Virgen de Gracia

Singular casa restaurada actualmente (2023) data del siglo XVI, construida sobre unas ruinas del siglo X. Se situa en el barrio de la judería, al lado del mirador Virgen de Gracia, en una calle peatonal donde prima el silencio y tranquilidad. Esta pequeña casita destaca sobretodo por el cariño con el que se ha restaurado, intentado en todo lo posible, conservar su esencia más antigua. Los detalles añadidos la dan ese toque peculiar, que junto a su especial arquitectura la hacen muy especial.

El apartamento Sinagoga 6 está situado junto a la catedral, y dispone de terraza privada de 45 m2 con unas vistas magnificas a su torre. Ocupa la segunda planta y terraza de un edificio construido hacia el año 1900. Tiene unas magníficas vistas sobre la catedral y está situada a escasos metros de la calle Hombre de Palo, arteria principal de la ciudad que conecta Zocodover con la plaza del Ayuntamiento y Catedral. La casa ha sido objeto de una restauración integra en su interior.

My apartment is on the Old Quarter on Toledo. I´m an experienced renter and this is my second apartment. Check the other one. I have tried to make a very relaxed place, where you can rest of your long journey on the city. Possibility of parking on the near public regulated orange parking area on the street. The apartment has 85 meters, with a very big saloon (a 25 meters), and two bedrooms. We have tried to think on everything you can use or need, based on our experience.
