Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. There is a deck out front with a lounge area to capture the Sea view & sunrise. Its the perfect location to relax and enjoy one of the best beaches NZ has to offer. *Please read other notes

With uninterrupted views across the river to the beach cliffs, our freshly presented Kiwi bach is perfect for families wanting some rest and relaxation. At the end of a no-through road, this family home offers low-key accommodation for small or large groups. Easy stroll to the river, shops & cafes. Five-minute drive to the Wharf or Blue Waters beaches. Please note that it's not possible to walk to the beach you see from the front deck - there's a lot of scrub and a tidal river in the way!

The self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Kahutia house

Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom house in town. Beach is a 10-min walk away, supermarkets only 5-min away. Inside, you'll find stylish furnishings, a modern bathroom, and sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests, including a queen size fold-out sofa in the living room. While the exterior is currently a work in progress, the inside is clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our place is built behind an historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach and 100 metres walk to Pakirikiri Marae.The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.

Self contained unit with incredible sea views

Tidal Waters Loglodge Unit, is a private quiet self contained unit, with outstanding coastal and rural views and is part of the amazing Tidal Waters Loglodge. Loisels beach is 10-15 minute walk away, providing fishing, diving, surfing opportunities, as well as beautiful white sand and safe swimming. The unit includes a comfortable king bed, fully functioning kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry facilities.
