This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up with a queen and a single bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.
