Entire Townhouse, 2 bed, 2 showers, roof terrace.

Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Entire House - Walk to beach, bars and restaurants

Beautiful White wash house set in a gated community with communal pool. Two bedrooms upstairs with family bathroom and sofa bed in lounge. AC in both bedrooms. Second bathroom with shower downstairs. 10-15 minute walk from the "Blue Flag" beach on a residential street. Large outside eating area on the ground floor and spacious first floor sun balcony off master bedroom with seating and awning. 10 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip with many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.

Relájate y disfruta de tus vacaciones en un lugar acogedor y con estilo. apartamento cómodo, moderno y totalmente nuevo a estrenar. Tres habitaciones independientes con aire acondicionado, con tres camas dobles y armario, un salón acogedor con sofá cama y un televisor moderno de 75 pulgadas con Netflix. Big family holiday house

Have relaxed holiday with the whole family at this beautiful comfortable place. Big rooms, spaces, plenty of place for family and friends. Swimming pool outside to have sunbathing or beautiful summer dinner. The views are stunning, especially on the rooftop terrace. Can see the pink lagoon in front, then the Meditarían see view in one side, and the Orihuela mountains in other side. Unforgettable family evenings.

Ideally located a 2 bedroom southfacing townhouse in the popular area of la Florida. The house is located opposite a park area. The outlook is very pleasant. The house has a sunny roof top solarium with lovely views of the park area and sea. There are also sunny front and rear terraces to sunbathe.
