Everything was fantastic. Tho rates were a lil higher because of the weekend and the holiday, the place was totally worth it. I wished the other guests checking out at 5:30 a.m. wouldn't have woken me up because that made my weekend harder, but some people are simply rude. I told the front desk they should have someone staying overnight to check on this because it is true you can hear everything from the other rooms. I was traveling with my son and the bathroom window (which is high and you cannot close) is shared with the bathroom next door. A couple was showering together, there. Thank God those were nice people just talking (not like the 5am boisterous group).

This was a cozy spot located in an area that served as a great launching point for exploring the city. Coffee shops, parks, museums and more all within easy walking distance, and the hosts were very helpful and communicative.

Great! Quiet and comfortable I would just recommend to reduce lighting outside it gets very bright in the room . If you are sensitive to light bring a sleeping mask Otherwise everything is great and host is very helpful

This place was amazing 🤩! Super clean and they even give you some snacks for your stay. They are super responsive if you need help. It was only super hot and sometimes I felt like the fan was not enough but overall it was really a nice pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and apartment was perfect, and quiet. Includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not "hot" during our visit...maybe just broken, but not clear communication from the hosts on that. The pool was heated enough for a quick dip, though.

Es un excelente lugar si quieres estar cerca de lugares importantes o turísticos. Es un lugar muy céntrico. La comunicación con Carmen fue buena y es una persona muy amable. Seguramente será uno de los lugares que tomaremos en cuenta cuando vayamos a CDMX

Rosario tiene una personalidad increíble. Es súper atenta y siempre está al pendiente de que todo esté perfecto. Es muy agradable. Un día llegó con chelas y un paquetaxo de papas y pudimos platicar y conciertos más. Haberme hospedado con ella fue una muy grata experiencia. Tanto el depa cómo el residencial están en perfecto estado, estancias muy agradables y cómodas, justo cómo lo prometido. Incluso diría que el lugar de Rosario superó mis expectativas. Me he ganado a una amiga. Súper recomendable.

The place is exactly what I wanted, a nice and relaxed living space kind of in between a lot of the main suburbs people tend to spend time in here. The place is very clean, and organised, with all the appliances you need, and the bedroom itself is quite large actually with lots space and a desk. Also Sergi’s a great host, very chill but responsive, and the wifi’s also good.

Truly feel so lucky to have stayed here. Alam and Salvador are welcoming, kind, and generous. They make you feel like family and are extremely accommodating! The home is beautiful and very clean. They have everything you could need— just ask and I’m sure they can supply it. They provided toiletries, towels, the ability to use the laundry, a beautiful breakfast, and wonderful conversation. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I am in Mexico City 😊 thank you both for everything!

Nice area, nice and safe place, Mar is a good person try her best to help and whatever you need, also a shout out to Her son is very polite and very helpful since i speak Spanish, i recommend anyone to stay with Mar, you will not regret it.

Felipe’s Place Wes just perfect! Staff very friendly respectful and accommodating with any issues, the venue was very clean and easy to get in and out, quiet place at night and breakfast ready at 8:00am I will definitely go back and promote with my family and friends !!! 12 of 10!

Although the room was small, clean it was comfortable and modern. The hot water was not consistent when showering but it was still warm. The staff was incredibly friendly, hospitable and went above and beyond making our experience worth it.

The space was pristine and loved the concept of shared common areas. I didn’t stay for long but I could see this space being a place to meet other cool folks passing by. The team was super communicative and helpful which persuaded me to stay in another one of their locations. Highly recommended. Great and safe location.

Hola. Recientemente mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en casa de César, todo fue excelente. La ubicación es genial, cerana a varios puntos de interés. César fue muy flexible con nuestro cheking. Además, nos dio muchas recomendaciones de sitios que podíamos visitar y nos apoyó con gestionar las reservaciones de tours que queríamos hacer. Realmente te hace sentir como en casa, sus desayunos son maravillosos. 100% recomendado.

El servicio del personal fue muy bueno, sobre todo el servicio de la camarista. Las instalaciones son cómodas y accesibles, el desayuno estuvo bien. Lo mejor es que tienen una máquina de café de la que puedes hacer uso las 24 hrs. Lo único que se tendría que destacar es que no cuenta con servicio de aire acondicionado, aunque no venía en las especificaciones, así que únicamente asumí que era parte de. Otra cosa que me gustó es que esta en plaza Garibaldi que es super popular y tiene cerca una panadería y un oxxo, además de que esta céntrico, tanto que llegas caminando al ángel de la independencia en 15 o 20 minutos ¡a paso lento! En general nos gustó mucho la estancia y sí la recomendaríamos
