Apartments Villa Serventi - Cozy Sea View Balcony

Luxury Sea View apartment with balcony is most beautiful apartment at Villa Serventi. This apartment have the nicest balcony at Villa of more than 20 m2 where our guests could enjoy relaxing evenings with glass of good wine! The living room includes unique wooden shank table with 3 high chairs, sofa for relaxing and Satellite TV available. Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooking top and owen, coffe maker, toaster and kettle, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed. This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment. The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car. Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. For use of our guests only we owe small domestic restaurant "Konoba Servneti" that served only sea food meals prepared at traditional maritime style of cooking. Summer Paradise Waikiki Beach House (APT5)

Live the beach lifestyle in this beautiful Beach home, just steps from the sea. This is a beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment where comfortably sleeps 6 people. The location could not be better! The apartment is located in Seljanovo just across Waikiki beach. 5 min away from Porto Montenegro (walking). You are really going to love staying here! Comfortable apartment in Tivat

The apartment is located in a family house in the center of Tivat. Studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large covered terrace to the garden. The yard is well equipped playground. Parking is provided. It has an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the main promenade, from Magnolia Square, from Porto Montenegro, and the town beach, and is located on very quiet place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Nice apartment (1) for 2-4 in 60m to beach

Beautiful air conditioned 42m apartment with kitchen in quite location. In 60m to beach only. On the shore of a quiet Ryzan-Kotor Bay. Ideal for people with children and for young people. Near to the small hotel with private beach and small restaurant. 10 min to airport, 10 mins to Kotor, 15 mins to Tivat, 20 mins to Budva. 4 restaurants in the village, small shop in 20 m. 10 min to famous beach "Plavi Horizonti" on the shore of the open sea.

2 bedroom apartment for 4-5 guests with a garden

Our guest house is situated in a small village Stoliv. You will be comfortably settled in a cozy apartment fully equiped with all the things necessary for comfortable stay. There are 2 bedrooms,a kitchen and a living-room and a bathroom , and nice terrace with sea view. The house is surrouned by the garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. We have BBQ zone, garden furniture. We provide our guests with free parking place.

Top floor - beautiful sea view

Relax in the best beachside apartment on the top floor. You'll see beautiful views of the sea and Porto Montenegro. The beach is very close, only 30 meters away. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with everything you need to make meals easily. There's also free parking, and you can walk just 100 meters to find different restaurants. The lively center of Tivat is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can easily go explore.

Friendly Filip Apartment

The apartment is distanced just 6 meters from sea. It is duplex apartment with two reserved parking spaces. Located in a suburb of Tivat at a distance of 12 km from city center. Apartment includes two sunbeds and berth for the vessel and barbecque. In 250 meters you have the nearest grocery shop and a in 2 km Aroma and Voli supermarkets. You have many beautiful beaches around.

Renovated Apartment w Balcony, Sea View & Pool (3)

Our apartments are located on the entrance of Tivat Bay, in the close vicinity of popular Island of Flowers. Property is only few meters far from the sea, but that is not the only advantage: there is also a swimming pool at guests’ disposal, as well as sun lounge chairs, barbeque facilities and amazing view of the sea with mountains as the frame.
