Apartments Villa Serventi - Cozy Sea View Balcony

Luxury Sea View apartment with balcony is most beautiful apartment at Villa Serventi. This apartment have the nicest balcony at Villa of more than 20 m2 where our guests could enjoy relaxing evenings with glass of good wine! The living room includes unique wooden shank table with 3 high chairs, sofa for relaxing and Satellite TV available. Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooking top and owen, coffe maker, toaster and kettle, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed. This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment. The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car. Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. For use of our guests only we owe small domestic restaurant "Konoba Servneti" that served only sea food meals prepared at traditional maritime style of cooking. Villa Elena is a recently renovated house in Lepetane, old fishermen village in the heart of Boka Bay. It is designed to provide modern and comfortable hub for creating summer memories whilst discovering Boka Bay. The villa's location is convenient: small grocery shop is footsteps away as well as few pebble beaches. Beach bar is within 10 mins walking distance whilst one is within 20 minutes driving distance to all Boka Bay's attractions As a tourist, you have to pay tourist tax upon arrival

Luxury apartment in prime location, Pine promenade

Fully furnished with modern interiors brand new apartment in the hearth of the city. Steps away from Pine promenade/waterfront, 2-minutes away from Porto Montenegro superyachts marina. A wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and bakeries are located in its neighbourhood. In the middle of all actions but just far enough where it won't affect your SLEEP. Plese note the apartment is on the 3-rd FLOOR, with no elevator. However, its location puts you just steps from all amenities.

In the middle of the only fjord, called the Bay of Kotor, in the Adriatic sea, lies an authentic small village Donja Lastva, where the people have time for a talk, help each other and considering and respect the nature around them. The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

Modern and bright apartment with central location

I love sharing my apartment with guests from all over the world. You can use anything that is in here but please take care of it as it’s your own. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

Tramonto II

This is paradise for us and it could be also for you! On the peaceful side od Montenegro coast,between montains and sea we are located to give you the most beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Crystal clear water makes you feel refreshed and relaxed. Tramonto II is 10 minutes away from the Tivat airport. Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Lustica Bay are 5-15 minutes away. The supermarkets are near. (2 km away)
