We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Cozy apartment just 8 min drive from downtown Ann Arbor and 10 min drive from the Stadium. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, sweet reading nook, and plenty of amenities. Convenient location near Weber's Inn. A two-minute walk to two bus routes, plus easy access to grocery stores and coffee shops. Walking distance to hiking trails that wander through peaceful woods, with overlooks of two inland lakes. The apartment is attached to the main house (not included), and has a separate, secure entrance.

Located right in the heart of Downtown Tecumseh with a street view, our French studio apartment is charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Pets welcome!

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
