NICE SUNNY TERRACE perfect for breakfast, dinner, sunbathing and hanging out. ARE YOU MUSICAN? Then you will surely use our Roland digital piano, acoustic Fender guitar, ukulele, djembe, or a bit of a percussion and play yourself a song. LITERATURE FANS will enjoy our book collection by most prominent writers of the region, with translations into EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, and SI. You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. You can always contact us by the phone (number is listed in printed hause manual). The apartment sits in a quiet Old Town location away from the late-night crowds, yet still just 50 meters from the main Kalelarga promenade and 5 Bunara square with its popular restaurant and bars.

Apartment (40m2 for3 persons) Big terrace with beautiful view. In Diklo,10 m from the sea/beach. Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the centerParking & bus station in front of the house. ..This house is located in the center of Diklo.and so is the beach,across the apartment.the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna 50 M RANGE FROM THE HOUSE, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.the sea and the first beach are located right across the apartment.

This is NEW & LUXUARY two bedroom apartment situated in Sukosan in only 2 min to the local beach and several other in close proximity as well as the wonderful D-Marin Dalmacija complex. Apartment is located in app 10 minutes drive from the attractive ancient town of Zadar and is only 5 km far from Zadar Airport . It is also available during winter season when our guests can enjoy in active vacation, spend time in nature and visit national parks Plitvice Lakes ,Kornati, Krka Waterfall...

Cosy & Romantic Apartment with a Stunning View

Charming and spacious apartment positioned right next to the sea with a huge private front yard. The place is situated close to the romantic old part of the town full of restaurants and cafes, and only a few steps away from the closest beach. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay in our beautiful town. You’ll love my place because of its cosiness and the stunning view, which is especially nice in the sunset and in the early morning.

My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Direct access to the beach. Two-bedroom apartment with a sea view, no traffic, noise or pollution. Sandy beach ''Kolovare'' is 2 min from the apartment. Easy walk by the sea to the city center only for 15 minutes.. Shop, bank, restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop, market, main bus station, hospital and other places you need are 5-10 minutes away (by foot). If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

Apartment SKADENCA

Great locaton modern apartment, included airconditioner, wi-fi and everything you need for comfortamble stay. We are just 3 min walking distance to old center. Beautiful balcony is looking over the sea, bridge and old town. If you want to enjoy this beautiful view you have to walk to the fourth floor. No hidden prices (towels, blankets, air conditioning all included in the price).

Sunset Delight apt in the Old Town

Sunset Delight apartment is in center of the old town, “in the heart“ of Zadar. Our spacious, cozy and fully equipped apartment has panoramic view on the sea and islands, old town sights and Velebit mountain. Marvelous view on the remains of Roman Forum and sunset is delightful and breathtaking.
