Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due local: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

An wunderschöner Hanglage über dem Lago Maggiore steht das frisch renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus Bellavista. Am Ende einer 80 stufigen Treppe gelegen (siehe Bilder - Fitnessprogramm inklusvie :-) ) , haben Sie von jedem Zimmer, Pool und Gartensitzplatz aus freie Sicht auf die Natur, den See und Ascona. Das Haus wird an maximal 4 Erwachsene und bis zu 3 Kinder vermietet. Poolsaison von Mai - September.
