Cozy home nestled in a grove of Aspen trees on a 1 acre lot. Sunriver Village, fishing, hiking, golfing, & more all within 10 min. Mt.Bachelor is a 30 min. drive. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The couch in the living room has a queen pull out bed. While drinking your morning coffee or eating your evening dinner keep an eye out for the majestic wildlife. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Pets allowed. Pet fee $15 per night per pet

Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. SUPs (3), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, bikes (3 adult + 2 kid), and snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.
