Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

We have bikes, tennis rackets, canoe, ect. for you to Enjoy! Take the bikes and ride 2 miles to the river, Store, golfing, tennis, Sunriver Village and more. Only 17m from Mount Bachelor!

Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.
