A wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and spacious old house converted to a heritage property with all modern amenities. Caretaker Ellamma is very friendly and helpful. She made out check in very easy. All the rooms were perfectly set as shown in the pictures. Padubidri beach is just 2 kms away. One of the most beautiful and well managed beaches I have seen so far. You can easily get transport from the circle nearby. Host is very humble and nice. She even allowed us 1 hour early check in. Got very good food and restaurant recommendations from her. Thank you so much for all your help to made our stay wonderful.

Mayur is an outstanding host! Communication was smooth and prompt throughout. I booked this stay for my friends, and they had a fantastic experience. Great place for a relaxed and laid back vacation, especially if you are with a family. The location is decent and can be accessed quickly from the highway. However, it is a little away from Udupi city (expected) which makes accessing restaurants a little difficult. We found a good option at the toll gate (Mayura) which is 2km away. There's a ferry terminal 5min away from the property using which you can cross over to the beach nearby (even with your car) and I'd totally recommend this. The property manager recommended this and we totally enjoyed the experience. We didn't use the pool at the property since it was almost always raining when we got there. It was a little dirty with fallen leaves because of the rain but the caretaker cleaned it up as soon as we arrived. The caretaker was extremely helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We did feel like the price could be slightly lower than what we paid in Airbnb but it's not bad.

Exactly as shown in the pictures. While the beach isn’t walkable, it’s only a 10-minute drive away. The location is peaceful, with nearby shops for small essentials. Prasad is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and helpful. He even let us check out over an hour later at no extra cost. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

It was wonderful experience as we went to kundapura for my cousins marriage with my parents and kids as it was late night 11 we reached mithun house eventhough it was late night mithun was guiding us the route and helped us pick our luggage till home and offered us milk and as we stayed for 3 days each and everyday mithun was calling us and asking if we need any help and house was sparkling clean and mithun house was near by for everything like restaurants,groceries etc then my parents and kids felt homely as my kids had there favorite alexa Tv to watch and surrounding nature felt like homely thanks mithun for giving us homely atmosphere and making our stay wonderful ☺️

My first homsetay on AirBnB. Beautiful place, great surroundings, caretaker available at beck and call. clean, hygienic room. Got contacted by owner and caretaker beforehand, felt welcome. Big spacious rooms with cubboards, beautiful interiors with big kitchen. Premises filled with a Tulsi plant, beautiful flowers around. Great mount of light in the house. Small puja room in the house as well. overall a happy feel good, felt right at home experience there. Owner asked not to eat non veg inside the house, least we could do for him is abide by the simple rules. Great host, great place, great caretaker.
