In the summer you can lie down at the Isar - more central in between young people or further down the river to be by yourself - the water of the river is clean and refreshing

Stroll along the river Isar and escape the rapid city life in this calm area. Grab a beer at one of the kiosks - good spot to start your stroll is the bridge Reichenbachbrücke with its famous 24/7 kiosk :)

Nice area along the river Isar, great for a stroll; hot spots are around Wittelsbacherbrücke and Reichenbachbrücke with Kiosks to get some snacks or beer

Well not a real beach, but the closest you'll get in a City. Nice and green right a the Isar river. Swimming is possible.
