This is winooski's only brewery! It's only open Thursday-Sunday, but is super cute, and worth a stop by (definitely check the website for hours first).

Four Quarters Brewing is a 10 barrel brewery located in Winooski VT specializing in sours, stouts, and hoppy beers.
