Mountain Biking. You'll need to plan in advance and book the 'uplift' passes so you can enjoy the day to the max. Can rent bikes + helmets + bike passes on their website. Looking at about £120 each for the day with all the gear. Well worth it, you'll have a fantastic day. 40 min drive.
