Pretty Cotswolds market town with its origins in roman times. There is a market square with weekly market, a magnificent church, the old abbey grounds with a river running through and lots of independent shops and cafes.
A beautiful historic town with boutique shops. Be sure to wander down Black Jack Street and up Cecily Hill into Cirencester Park. Octvaia's book shop is gorgeous - especially if you have children in toe. There are lots of lovely places to eat - Made by Bob is a fave.
