Like all Smithsonian Museums, this massive spot is free to roam. They’ve got fossil and mammal exhibits, the Hope Diamond, a butterfly pavilion and more! If you have kids, this is a great museum with a lot of interactive learning tools that they’ll love too!

This is the most well known Smithsonian Museum. There are dinosaurs, gemstones and much more. Like all Smithsonians, it’s free but I’d arrive early.
