I have done this twice and really enjoyed the outing both times. Very cheap at about R70/hour per person. Once can rent these bicycles and cycle the promenade in Sea Point, also in Camps Bay and cycle towards Sea Point. Definitely recommend. Remember helmits and I normally take a basket for R10 attached for sun screen and hats etc. Enjoy!
