Meals from the Heart Cafe is a vegan/gluten free paradise specializing in amazing pancakes and crab cakes. Located in the historic French Market, you'll savor clean, full bodied gumbo flavors while people watching in one of Nola's most endeared spaces.
Great gluten free and dairy free options-pancakes, gumbo, po-boys. Its a great location in the middle of the french flea market too!
If you find yourself in the French Market, pop on over for some scrumptious eats! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner! You'll find them in the food court area.
Healthy food, tacos, and crab cakes. Gluten-free options. Inside the French Market.
Great place for gluten free & vegans---they also have crab cakes. Good food---love the gluten free pancakes. It's outdoors, so if it's winter, bring a coat---they have heatlamps but not they are tiny
“Nice bakery and great coffee. Locals hang out here. Very New Olreans' style.”
“They consistently have excellent quality Food! They are busy most of they time so get there early for lunch and dinner if you can”
“Truly a unique environment locally owned barbershop and cafe with an award winning drink you have to try called "Miss Tracy Addiction" invented by the owner herself. ”
“Green Goddess is a French Quarter vegetarian/vegan "piazza café dining experience" in Exchange Alley. It's limited seating, historic architecture will charm you. Exchange Alley is also a popular space for wedding couples to take pre-wedding photos. My favorites are the beet hummus and Chimichurri mushrooms with purple rice, horseradish creme, and plantains.”
