To cross the river for free into Indiana use the 2nd St bridge off Main Street, also known as the Clark Memorial Bridge. The new I- 65 bridge has a photo toll (they’ll mail you a Bill)

Tip: take the second street bridge to avoid the I-65 toll bridge! This is a great little museum and hike around. You can get up and close with the Ohio River and see some pretty cool fossils!
