Tà Vẹt Coffee & Pub 11 Vo Thi Sau St, Hue One part beer bar and one part cafe, this spacious spot with rustic wooden furniture a short walk from Hue's backpacker strip is a good location to meet younger English-speaking locals. There's a decent beer selection beyond the usual suspects, and the Vietnamese food is also affordable and tasty.
