Fresh Soba prepared in front of you by the master. No reservation for lunch time. Just show up and que for it, but definately worth it! 注文後に打たれる絶品の蕎麦。昼間は予約不可なので席が空くのをひたすら待ちます。が、待つ甲斐はあります!

Tucked away from the road this soba restaurant is one of the best in Niseko, actually Japan, well really the world. If you can get in, it is a must visit. Soba Master Tatsura Rai meticulously makes the noodles before your eyes. The restaurant is located on the first right off the road up towards the Annupuri ski ground, you can park next to the restaurant called Karabina (also a very good local Isakaya restaurant) then you walk across a wooden bridge that is hidden behind the trees to find the restaurant. There is one seating for the evening and the restaurant only accommodates 12 people (children under 12 are not allowed for dinner). Cash only.
