Here is Washoku(traditional Japanese meal) restaurant. Sushi chef run it by his own. Washoku is a social practice based on a set of skills, knowledge, practice and traditions related to the production, processing, preparation and consumption of food. Please enjoy Sushi and Washoku! It's best to make a reservation in advance.

Hajime 食彩hajime 説明 5:30pm-10pm Closed on Mon 5000-15000yen Sushi using never-frozen, non cultivated fish. Sushi course comes with 5 sushi with miso soup from 2500yen~.
