Wonderful museum set on a gigantic former private estate on the north shore (Gold Coast, Gatsby Land) of Long Island and therefore has an extensive outdoor sculpture park set in nature.

Nassau County Museum of Art was recently voted as one of the 'Top Ten Museums' in New York area and also the best museum of Long Island. With the largest garden decorated with outdoor sculptures in the Northeast, the museum is a cultural resource for its county as well as a place where works of international artists are displayed.
