A hike around Convict Lake is a MUST! It’s a mostly flat, two-mile loop, so it's easy for kids and anyone not in hiking shape. Eat at Convict Lake Restaurant after. Convict Lake is one of the prettiest and most dramatic spots on the Eastside.

This is a great place for kids. A nice easy walk around the lake with harder, longer options as needed. Or just simply sit by the lake and throw rocks.

Tons of beautiful fall colors start to begin late September and throughout October at Convict Lake. Take the easy, flat stroll of 3.8 miles and hike the Convict Lake Loop to really take in all the beautiful sights. Family friendly, or a great easier trail run/jog or bike too!
