Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The rooms? Way bigger and better than the photos, like, 20x better. Honestly, it’s the kind of spot you’d want to gatekeep, but it’s too good not to share. They serve buffet breakfast and dinner (so good), with a special shoutout to their Gobhi 65: it’s out of this world. The pool was incredibly clean and beautiful. But the standout feature was the hospitality, major kudos to Prakash, who was always available to arrange autos and take care of anything else we needed. If you’re on the fence, don’t overthink it. Just book it, you’ll thank me later.

I had an incredible stay at this villa! The location was simply breathtaking - tucked away in a serene, peaceful spot with stunning views. The hostess was a gem, always ready to assist and make our stay memorable. And let's not forget the food – it was an absolute delight! Every meal was a culinary adventure. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the picturesque view of the river right in front of the room.The water was not only refreshing but also perfectly complemented the surrounding nature's ambiance. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable arrangement and coordination of the property. From the cozy interiors of the cottage to the well-maintained surroundings, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and hospitality. My stay at this beautiful cottage was truly amazing, thanks to its idyllic location, refreshing riverfront experience, and impeccable property arrangement. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway amidst nature’s embrace….

Starting with the check in Prem helped us check in easily even though we came late night. The place is beautiful, just couple of steps from vattakanal main road. Amazing views from the room. Surprisingly there was a fire place which was a very cozy and warming experience. Everything is accessible and could also get food delivered to the room thanks to Prem. Do not miss the sunrises on the terrace and the stargazing as well in the night. Overall 11/10 experience.

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

Ideal place for a trip with extended family. Spacious rooms and living areas. The host Ragul is always available for anything that is required. He is very helpful and takes care of guests. The caretaker is also good and prepares delicious home cooked good.

Stayed as a family of 9. Excellent location, good rooms and recreational options (incl games, karaoke, bom fire and bbq). Roy took good care of us. One minor niggle - water heaters were not working in some rooms
