Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Hampden Road is 350m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. 3 bus stops (approx 200m walk). Walk to free purple CAT bus (Central Area Transit) available every 10min. 20min walk to train. Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Our Studio was created with convenience and a good night's sleep in mind. No matter if you are visiting family and friends nearby, travelling for work or looking to explore Perth, our Studio is the perfect base. It is located in a leafy, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to hospitals, UWA and Kings Park, as well as only 6km from Perth's CBD, which can be reached by Bus or Train (Shenton Park Station). Free street parking is available.

Nedlands Short Stays - Walk to Hospitals

Lovely leafy street in Nedlands. Very quite location unlike blocks of units, listen to the birds, not the neighbours. Walking distance to restaurants, Kings Park, UWA, Perth Childrens, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood hospitals. Cafe just 100 meters up the street. Close to bus stops or trains for access to Perth or Fremantle. Netflix supplied for guest use.

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
