Historic Home by UofR,Apt 1 is Charming & Private

Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

Good location, Bright, South Wedge, AC and Parking

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Cozy bungalow in desirable area!

Updated 1 bdrm home located right next to South Wedge. Quiet + safe neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes, shops + bars within walking distance. Within ~10 minutes of Highland, Strong, + Rochester General. Enjoy downtown living, while also having the perks of off street parking + an entire house on a dead-end street. Open concept home with eat-in kitchen + dedicated office space – perfect for remote working. Fully fenced in backyard (dogs welcome upon approval). Long or short stays!

Bright and Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apt. in Rochester!

This beautiful apartment is great for a family or couples traveling together. Walkable to Strong Museum, Eastman School of Music, The Little Theater, Jazz Fest, Park Ave and dozens of restaurants! 10 minutes from Strong hospital, St. John Fisher, Nazareth, U of R, and RIT. A fully equipped kitchen for cooking and hosting at your "home away from home". Bedrooms have comfortable beds with cozy linens. Living area is spacious and has incredible natural light with a free washer/dryer in unit.

Spacious 2 Bedroom in Vintage 1910 Southeast Home

Enjoy a spacious, private apartment in an old home nestled in a quiet corner of Southeast Rochester with culture and nightlife nearby. Located in Swillburg, it is near the city center, U of R, and Rochester’s many museums, universities, and restaurants. PineappleROC East Ave Carriage House

Just across the street from the George Eastman House on East Avenue is a stately manor (once owned by Frank Ritter, founder of what is now known as RIT) w/ a beautiful carriage house that will beckon you to think big. Walk to many local museums, galleries, studios and restaurants. Be sure to check the local attraction guide for great places on Park Avenue, the East End and the Neighborhood of the Arts. Luxury Private Historic House Downtown Corn Hill

Renovated 1830 brick home located in the center of Downtown Rochester offers peace, quiet, and privacy in a safe, diverse and historic neighborhood. Relax in the two person steam shower, or soak in the clawfoot tub. Entertain on the Steinway Piano. Snuggle up on the leather couch in front of the radiating fireplace. Sink into the elevated hotel style bedding for the end of the day "Ahhhh" effect. Private, fenced in, back yard with a natural park-like setting.
