Relaxed Friendly Home on edge of New Forest (1)

My home is a 5 min walk from the New Forest and a short cycle ride to Lepe Beach which is located at the end of my road. It's also a short drive from Calshot Activity Centre. My home would suit couples, solo adventurers, families (2 rooms are available) and anyone working in the area. My house is a 4 bedroom detached property. I'm told it's a very welcoming comfortable cosy home. There are two double rooms available, both finished to a high standard. The house is in a quiet location, close to the Forest and the Sea. Lymington, Brockenhurst & Lyndhurst are just a 20 minute drive and Beaulieu & Exbury are 5 mins down the road. I provide a continental breakfast which is included. I am happy to provide a cooked breakfast at an additional cost or an evening meal if required and advance notice is given. Check in time is flexible, please contact me in advance to arrange this.

Home from Home with Nina & Andy

We welcome you to come & stay in our quirky family home. Enjoy easy access to Ventnor main town with boutique shops, a gorgeous sea-front, and many places to eat & drink. Your cosy room is at the top of the house, giving you lovely views of St Boniface downs. We have a lovely small blind puppy named Louie, he is ultra friendly. We are a smoking household but only in our lounge and outside areas, I feel this makes our home unsuitable for young children.

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. The Brambles is a beautiful, quiet home within walking distance of the beach, HMS Sultan and a five minute drive to the Gosport ferry. The large bedroom, with ensuite facilities, overlooks the pool.
