The location is simply amazing – there is no need to have a car. If you need one – there are 2 public parking garages just across the street. The condo is on the second floor. It's very quiet and charming. It is NOT facing the busy street; it's set back in the middle of the building facing south. See photos below to see the lovely view from both rooms – the condo clears a one-story building in front of it and it is very private - the only things you'll see in the windows are orange and palm trees. There are hurricane resistant windows, which will not only protect against hurricanes, but also block all outside noise. Central air conditioning will keep you cool all your around. The laundry room is on premises. The condo is very well maintained and super clean. It's stocked with extra linens and towels (including beach towels). Kitchen is also fully equipped. There is a LCD cable TV with DVD player; Wi-Fi, new modern furniture, designer fixtures, hard wood floors, Italian kitchen, and stainless steel appliances.
