Come stay at our hip little 2nd story studio space. Enjoy the Denver skyline & Rocky Mountains right outside your windows. We are a block off Denver's City Park golf course near the Denver Zoo & Denver Museum of Nature & Science. We are also close to downtown Denver. Our studio space is brand new and accessible through our backyard with a keyless entry system. Our dogs - Jack Jack and Sophie Nacho - may welcome you but there is a gate closing in the space so they won’t be greeting you close up!

Double Master Unit in Gorgeous Victorian Mansion

An 1886 Victorian brick mansion, updated with modern convenience & style. This unit is a double master which spans two floors with a master suite downstairs including bath with jetted tub & shower & another master suite upstairs with jetted tub and skylighted shower. There are also two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The two TV's have Netflix subscriptions and a Roku for other shows. Wireless is screaming fast. There is a private deck through french doors with a skyline view.

Surrounded on two sides by park/field space, we're within walking distance of the popular RiNo district, City Park and more ! Once inside the shared back entrance of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, studio space featuring a kitchenette and a newly renovated, private bathroom.

Our home is an urban sanctuary that blends both historic and modern design elements. It's pet friendly and has a rare private backyard, so you have your own retreat from the city--while still taking in city views.
