The apartment is a short walk to Yeppoon's main street which is dotted with cafes and restaurants. It is also a hop, skip and jump from Yeppoon's beach and tranquil lagoon. There is a pool in the complex, small dogs are welcome (under 5 kg). There are photos a layout of the apartment, the corner bath is a bath & NOT a spa. Please also note due to the design of these apartments they do not have disability access. There are steps into the unit from the garage. Walk from town can be a killer :-)

A Little Piece of Paradise

Position, Position, Position...A Little Piece of Paradise is in a perfect position, beautiful sea views out on the verandah, close to beach, walking distance to Lagoon and also to town centre. Yeppoon is a beautiful coastal town known for great cafes and many great sights around such as Great Keppel Island, Byfields National Park, Emu Park which has the famous singing ship, Crocodile farm and so much more. The unit is fully equipped for a great time away. you will absolutely love the position.

1 bedroom unit in the heart of Emu Park. A short stroll to the beaches, hotel and unique town, with shop's, cafes, art gallery, museum & RSL monument Relax on your large deck with views of the ocean or wander across the road for a swim at the patrolled beach. All dogs are welcome, there is a large enclosed deck, but no garden. Please note we are on a hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Visiting Great Keppel Island ? Guests receive up to $50 discount with GKI boat hire.
