Rachel is a terrific host. Way more than polite -- genuinely friendly and warm. Rachel's house is beautiful. It's well structured for a family gathering, which is what we had. The setting is also lovely. We were celebrating a special moment; it was fabulous to have a special place to do so.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

Beautiful house that was perfect for our party. The neighborhood is undergoing revitalization so some areas near by are less than desirable but we always had easy access to the highway for where we wanted to go.

Book this house for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! I wanted to get in there early to decorate and Jessica was very helpful and let us in early. Beautiful home! Definitely will be recommending to other friends!

Chris was a fantastic host. They was nothing he left uncovered. This was for my best friends 50th. He said it was the best birthday he ever had. It was nice that all 11 guys could just hang out in the beautiful comfort of the home. There was nothing it lacked. The weather sucked but we can’t blame Chris! lol!! All in all def worth the value over an overpriced hotel. 11 seals of approval from this group. Thanks again Chris!

Great place, Great location...close to Broadway. My only complaint was that the cleaning people showed up at 3:20pm and we're not done cleaning the apartment until 4:30pm, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could unpack...not the owners fault, but the owner should be aware.

Amy was an amazing host and very responsive. Her property was very impressive and left our entire group with our mouth open the moment we walked in. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and had everything our group needed for the weekend. The location was also top notch. We were close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go to. I highly recommend this location and Amy if you’re planning to go to Nashville.

We had a great stay! The house was super comfortable and we felt we had a true Nashville experience. The amenities were great and we enjoyed using the pool!

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband gifted me a night here so I could safely crash after a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. I didn't need it, but I loved that there were products there already for makeup removal. Checkout requests were reasonable and easy to follow. It was clean, cute. and comfy!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
