A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

Fun for the whole family. Our family is excited to share this lovely holiday shack experience with you but we do ask that it is please treated with respect and left tidy. All linen and towels supplied. Pets are welcome but we do ask that they are kept outside and that you clean up after your furry friend.
