Our cute and comfortable apartment is a 3-5 minute walk to Seasides best surfing beach (The Cove). You’ll feel like you’re in a treehouse with the forest out your back window and the beach out your front window. This is the perfect writer or surfers retreat! The Apartment is on 2 floors with bed, bath, seating and desk on 2nd floor and mini kitchen on the 1st floor. Our neighborhood is small, quiet and friendly. Brew your morning coffee and walk 3 minutes and watch the surfing and seagulls

Otter Cottage

Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Four blocks from the Promenade (Prom) with direct access to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the Market, Billy Mac's, or Osprey Cafe, 15 minute walk to the Cove and less than 15 minute walk to Tillamook Head or Downtown Seaside.

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

Sea Glass Inn - Suite #8

This suite features three skylights in the main area, flooding the space with natural light, with an additional skylight in the bathroom. The space includes a kitchenette with a quaint dining area. Relax in the king-size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, ideal for unwinding as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. This unit offers a love seat that unfolds to reveal a comfortable twin bed for an additional guest. This room does not allow pets.

300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. (Up to 9 guests, including children and infants per our city policy) Welcome to a beautiful 3300 square foot setting with gorgeous views and a two-minute walk to the beach. Situated on the scenic golf course, the house is exceptionally equipped with everything you'll need. Enhanced cleaning protocols and time between guest stays allows us some peace of mind. Due to severe allergies, we do not accept animals of any kind. We do not host events.
