Cumberland Street deluxe apartment No5

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) located in Dunedin's historic Warehouse precinct. It has also recently been listed as a Category 1 heritage building - a building of national significance. The apartments are warm, well insulated & have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob & a pyrolytic oven. The decor is is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

2 bedroom loft apartment living walk to octagon

Upstairs apartment in central location. 1 king & 1 queen bedroom. Large open plan living lounge area modern fully decked out kitchen. 1 Bathroom with spa bath and laundry. Desk for working at and large table for meetings or dining. It has everything you need and you can walk to octagon...see other things to note re parking. This is a luxury stay with tons of appeal. Clean & tidy & sheets are by laundry service so always fresh. Not all Airbnb’s are equal and my reviews let you know everything.

Superbly located in a nice neighbourhood and close to town, University and hospitals. 'No7 Balmac' Dunedins best cafe/restaurant, 50 meters from the front door, perfect for coffee/brunch/dinner. 2 bedrooms, beautifully presented with a well equipped kitchen, open plan living,sunny deck, laundry, well insulated double glazing and 2 heatpumps and lovely bathroom. Contemporary elegant apartment

My place is a great option for travellers wanting to explore everything Dunedin has to offer. It is close to the Otago Peninsular, public transport, parks, cafe, medical centre, takeaway food, hairdresser. You’ll love my place because of the contemporary decor - newly renovated, the location - private and quiet, the ambiance, the outdoors space and sunny aspect. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!
