Waikawa House is in the middle of the southern Catlins "hot spots", less than 5 minutes walk from the estuary and less than 10 minutes drive to Curio Bay. Our homely warm cottage that was our family home for 18 years before we built further up the hill. Fully renovated, this cottage is situated on our sheep and beef 1500 acre farm, and is beside the Catlins Lake. Surrounded by trees, paddocks, farm animals and fresh country air, it is the perfect spot to unwind and explore the Catlins. Sit on the balcony, take in the peace and just chill. Farm trips to stunning sights on our farm or moving stock with Karl will be possible with notice.
