The stay was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had walking distance to the beach and very good shopping and restaurants very close by.

Wonderful location! My family and I had a great time and we were able to use all the hotels amenities.

The location was excellent near all the big resorts without the price tag. The access to the beach with a 3-5 minute walk was very accessible and it was a bonus that the hotel has deck chairs for their guest at no additional cost in the beach. A nice breakfast buffet and towels available for the pool, hot tub and beach. All together a great trip!

We had a great stay! This is a great hotel for families with young kids. It has a small playground, kiddie pool, hammocks, they provided/set up a travel crib, and it was walkable to many things. The staff was all so friendly!

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we had a wonderful stay at the Ports of Call resort. We decided at the last minute (like, the morning of) to book a room there, and Shay was super quick to approve and confirm. Check in was super easy, and they provide an extremely detailed and helpful guide of all the resort amenities, as well as what's located nearby. The hotel is located in a central, walkable area on Grace Bay so we were able to try a ton of different restaurants and bars every night, and easy access to a grocery store and pharmacy. The staff were all very friendly and kind. We loved that the beach was a very short walk (2-3min) and that there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests situated right at the beach entrance. The continental breakfast was better than expected and we liked that they switched up the options every morning.

I could not recommend any other place that I have booked more than Shay's place. He had the moat prompt responses to every single question I asked before and during my stay. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to find out exact phone numbers and addresses of any place i asked him about.... (and I asked toooo many questions.) The room was lovely and had a cute little balcony with a table and two chairs. The beach is a hop and a skip... and not even a jump added to that. The reservation with this booking includes lounge chairs and umbrellas down on the beach. The pool and bar at the resort is perfect and who doesn't love a jacuzzi! Continental breakfast is included and choices varied from sausages and boiled eggs, waffles, fruits, cereal, chocolate milk and regular milk, yogurt, juice, and croissants Everyone was so friendly and even the owner of the resort was walking around to introduce himself and ask how everyone's stay was going. We rented a car while here. I definitely recommend it.

Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Alex at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Daniel was amazing also, he gave me coconuts lol and he was very pleasant and helpful all the time. Overall the staff was friendly and great. I would definitely stay here again. Plus the location was perfect, really close to the beach.

Anna's condo was amazing! It's even prettier in person. Everything just as described. The larger property is lovely, well-maintained, and staff is very helpful. The location is fantastic. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We did not rent a car, and didn't miss it one bit. Easy to take the wagon to the grocery store. It's the best of both worlds because you are located in the midst of shops and great restaurants while the property itself is peaceful and serene. I usually prefer a property with an ocean view, but this condo is so nice I didn't mind. The surroundings are lovely and so close to the beach. Anna was very helpful and responsive. Her vacation guide with information and recommendations is the best I've ever received. She answered all our questions and got back to us quickly. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing two nights stay. Booked the luxury 1 King bedroom suite with ocean/garden view and it was excellent! The pools were excellent and the beach was clean and easily accessible. Freshly prepared complementary breakfast was an added treat. It was truly a value for the money. Highly recommended!

Great location across from the beach with lots of restaurants and fun spots nearby. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay on TCI. Secluded, with plenty of water sports. I would recommend this over any “Grace Bay Resort” every time.

Great value for Grace Bay area, close to everything you need

The place is in an intermediate location. If you are interesting to walk to the plaza area and the tourist stores this is not the right one, as its about 20 minutes walking. Especially the night hours can be scary with no lights and clan of dogs around. If you plan to drive its definitely nice spot as its only 4 mins from the touristic center. The room we got and the suite we were upgraded were very good . Clean and suite had definitely what you need for a pleasant stay. I have to underline how amazing is the hard work personnel. They had free transfer to the beach and free umbrellas there and they were responding on every request we had . Thanks a lot Daniel, Sheewan and rest of the team. Ask for towels for the beach and a fresh coconut juice from Daniel. The fish fry on Thursdays is only next block , 5 mins walking. This is a MUST dont miss it just dont stay really late so you may feel safer. The only cons is I feel the money per night was too much, however... welcome to TCI

The location was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach which includes chairs and umbrellas free for our use. The beach is beautiful not crowded but not deserted either. I recommend bringing drinks and snacks because there are no concessions on the beach at least there was not when we stayed. The rooms were perfect for hanging out and sleeping and the pool was great for afternoons. Recommend staying here if you’re looking for something a little quieter and less expensive than the big hotel resorts right across the street.

Ports of Call was a lovely place to stay. My kids loved the pool table, and ping pong games, I loved the hot tub and hammocks, husband loved the easy walkability. Our room was a bit tiny for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens, but I booked late and this place was available, and we managed. The staff were extremely helpful, prompt, and accommodating. Our extra towels and pillows arrived within minutes! It was also great that POC has a 'spot' on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. One day all the chairs were taken, and within 10 minutes staff had brought in brand new chairs. Grace Bay Beach is as beautiful as I imagined, and we spent a lot of time in the clear, calm, warm water. Such a balm to my soul coming from 12 degrees in NYC!

Kadra was very welcoming and answered any questions I had prior to arrival. The place was amazing and the person at the front desk (apologies that I don’t recall her name) went above and beyond giving us a few snacks and a water because we arrived late. Kudos to her for making our stay amazing.
